Designed to help postgraduates achieve their personal career aspirations, the Universities’ Business Challenge (UBC) Global Masters presents a unique opportunity to help students develop the skills that they will need when they move on from university into corporate or public sector life.Ìý

The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥finalists will travel to Southampton for the deciding round of the competition on 26 April 2024.Ìý

The UBC Global Masters provides an opportunity for the teams to run a virtual company, making key decisions and reacting to changes in the financial and business environment.Ìý

The Challenge provides the chance for the students to apply their knowledge in a practical setting that is intellectually challenging, and allows them to develop many of the employability skills which are sought after by employers across all sectors.Ìý

Whether progressing to work for a large multinational corporate, taking on a public-sector role, returning to run a family-owned business or setting up a new enterprise, postgraduates need to be supported to improve their skills in making the strategic and operational decisions that create value for their organisation.Ìý
